This set of stickers was made for Telegram of one company.
The tasks were:
The tasks were:
- Make an animated sticker pack
- Use branded colors
- Don't make one mascot character
LoGO, brand colors
and first concepts
THE MOST DIFFICULT THING IN THIS WORK WAS TO COME UP WITH A SET OF CHARACTERS THAT WOULD HAVE SIGNATURE COLORS AND AT THE SAME TIME A FAIRLY SIMPLE SHAPE FOR ANIMATION.
At first, I thought of using only one corporate color, and making everything else in the characters black and white, but I didn't like the idea.
Then I decided to try to make white birds on a colored background. This idea looked better, but the colored background for the sticker pack looked outdated...

IN ORDER TO SHOW STICKERS, I USE VERSIONS WITHOUT TEXT SO THAT YOU CAN CONCENTRATE ON THE FORM AND FACES :)
After I found an idea about birds and drew seagulls, I realized that the blue seagull is a pigeon. And pigeons are funny and different. That's how the concept of this whole sticker pack was born.

I DREW MY HANDS TO SOME PIGEONS TO CONVEY THE MOVEMENTS MORE ACCURATELY. BUT IN GENERAL, I TRIED MORE TO CONVEY THE MOOD WITH FORM AND FACES.
I USED THE SIGNATURE GRAY COLOR FOR SHADOWS AND WINGS.

I can talk about working on this sticker pack for a long time, but instead of boring things, I'd rather tell a funny story:
To animate this sticker pack, I needed one specific plugin for Adobe After Effects. And as for nothing, I couldn't install it. I've been googleging all day, but my computer didn't want to work with it.
And the next day, already completely desperate, I decided to try to find a solution to the problem for the last time ("I'm looking for another hour, if I don't find it, I'll give the computer to specialists on the weekend").
And you won't believe it - I found a way to fix this problem!
Somewhere in the backyard of YouTube, on a small Spanish-language channel, one smart person told me how to solve my problem.
At that time, I was studying Spanish for 4 months as a hobby and didn't even think I could understand anything other than tourist phrases. And even more so, I didn't think that my hobby and some small YouTube channel could save my work schedule!

STICKER WITH A HAMMER - MY FAVORITE IN THIS PACK. ITS MEANING IS COMPLETELY LOST WHEN TRANSLATING, BUT IN RUSSIAN IT IS VERY FUNNY :)

THE PIGEON HANGING FROM THE BRANCH IS MY SECOND FAVORITE IN THIS STTKERPACK. BUT THE FALLING pigeon IS, IN MY OPINION, ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT STICKERs.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THE STICKER PACK - IT'S COOL, I'M VERY PROUD OF IT AND IT NOW REALLY EXISTS AND IS USED BY THE COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES.
The story with the Spanish-language YouTube channel won me an extra week of working time. And thanks to the fact that the customer applied in advance and we initially had a reserve in time - this sticker pack was ready 2 weeks before the deadline, which I am very proud of :)
